Responsibilities
- Identify, progress, and encourage long-term strategic relationships within Commercial Named Accounts.
- Develop a robust project pipeline and handle account planning, creating, owning, and forecasting.
- Serve as the trusted advisor and influencer in winning customer decisions to buy, architect, and adopt Oracle solutions.
- Understand what motivates customers to buy and know how to tap into those needs in an effective way.
- Work across the Oracle ecosystems and our technology partners to transform customer organizations and build enduring capabilities.
Requirements
- Entrepreneurial spirit and thrive in a dynamic environment.
- Creative and excel in a team-selling environment.
- Deep experience selling SaaS, IaaS, PaaS, Database.
- Experience selling to the C-suite, engineering, and DevOps.
- Familiarity with open-source and other cloud tools (Dockers, Kubernetes, Terraform, Linux, Java).
- Passion for solutions and results.
- Inventive and have a track record of success selling complex solutions and exceeding expectations.
- Commitment to continuous learning.
- Confidence and expertise in building business value proposals.
- Sound independent judgment, initiative, collaboration, and leadership.
- Outstanding written, verbal, presentation, and negotiation skills.
- Proven record of accomplishment in selling to large, complex accounts, working with C-level executives, qualifying prospects, solving problems, and generating positive customer outcomes.
- 8+ years of relevant work experience (technology sales) with a Bachelor’s degree, preferred.
We Offer
- Competitive salary range from $118,700 to $194,400 per annum.
- May be eligible for equity.
- Eligible for commission with an estimated pay mix of 45/55.
