| Job responsibilities | 1. Manages the department's work, bears personal responsibility for its results, quality, and effective execution of assigned tasks. 2. Ensures the analysis of security issues and the effectiveness of the implementation of the MIA's activities in the field of de-occupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories in accordance with the competence, together with central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (hereinafter - CEO), and the National Guard of Ukraine (hereinafter - NGU) prepares MIA proposals for projects of Government priority action plans. 3. Organizes the implementation of measures to ensure the formation of state policy in the field of de-occupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories in accordance with the activity programs of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine, Government priority action plans, other state policy documents, prepares relevant proposals if necessary. 4. Ensures coordination and control over the implementation by structural units of the MIA, NGU, CEO, of the requirements of legislation and regulatory acts relating to the de-occupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories of Ukraine, and supervises their implementation. 5. Proposes the formation of goals and priorities of the MIA's activities in the field of de-occupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories. Organizes the preparation of MIA proposals for the activity programs of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine in accordance with the Directorate's competence. 6. Proposes improvements to the activities of the CEO and NGU, their territorial bodies, enterprises, institutions, and organizations in the field of de-occupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories, provides the structural units of the MIA apparatus with the necessary methodological and advisory assistance. 7. At the direction of the management, organizes the work on the development of draft normative legal acts on the formation of state policy in the field of de-occupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories in accordance with the MIA's competence. 8. Participates in the development and implementation of expert reviews of draft normative legal acts developed by MIA bodies and submitted to the Minister for approval, as well as draft normative legal acts developed by Ministries, other CEOs and submitted for approval to the MIA or CEO. 9. Organizes monitoring of the information environment of temporarily occupied territories to identify existing information challenges and threats in the field of public security and public order, civil defense, state border security, and migration processes, ensures the implementation of a system of strategic communications within the competence to respond to such challenges and threats. 10. Ensures the preparation of materials for the operational informing of the MIA leadership about events that may cause significant public resonance, pose a potential threat to law and order, the safety of individuals, society, and the state from temporarily occupied territories. 11. Promotes the implementation of a unified state policy aimed at achieving equal rights and opportunities for women and men within its competence, ensuring compliance with the principle of equal rights and opportunities for women and men in its activities, ensuring compliance with the normative legal acts on equal rights and opportunities for women and men within its competence, preventing and combating discrimination on the grounds of sex and sexual harassment. 12. Considers applications and requests from individuals and legal entities (including requests for public information), applications and requests from people's deputies of Ukraine, and processes them in the manner and within the time limits specified by the legislation of Ukraine |
Job Responsibilities

- Ensures the analysis of security issues and the effectiveness of the implementation of the MIA's activities in the field of de-occupation and reintegration of temporarily occupied territories in accordance with the competence, together with central executive bodies, whose activities are directed and coordinated by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine through the Minister of Internal Affairs of Ukraine (hereinafter - CEO), and the National Guard of Ukraine (hereinafter - NGU) prepares MIA proposals for projects of Government priority action plans.

Requirements
Education
- Higher education at the master's degree level or higher
Experience
- Experience in positions of state service categories "B" or "V" or experience in local self-government bodies, or experience in managerial positions of enterprises, institutions, and organizations regardless of the form of ownership for at least two years
Language Proficiency
- Fluent in the state language
Compensation
- Official salary according to the staffing table in the amount of 13,700 UAH.
- Allowance for rank in accordance with the resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of January 18, 2017 No. 15 "Issues of labor remuneration of employees of state bodies" (with amendments).
- Other allowances, surcharges, and bonuses - in accordance with Article 52 of the Law of Ukraine "On Civil Service"
Appointment Duration
- During the quarantine period established by the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine to prevent the spread of acute respiratory disease COVID-19 caused by the SARS-CoV-2 coronavirus on the territory of Ukraine, and until the head of the civil service determines the winner by the results of the competitive selection in accordance with the legislation
Information on the Appointment to the Vacant Position
The person who wishes to participate in the selection for the appointment to the vacant position submits such information through the Single Vacancy Portal of the Civil Service:
- An application indicating the main reasons for taking the position in accordance with the form according to Appendix 1 to the Procedure for Appointing to Civil Service Positions during the Quarantine Period Established to Prevent the Spread of Acute Respiratory Disease COVID-19 Caused by the SARS-CoV-2 Coronavirus, approved by the Resolution of the Cabinet of Ministers of Ukraine of April 22, 2020 No. 290 (hereinafter - the Procedure);
- A resume in accordance with the form according to Appendix 2 to the Procedure;
- A statement that the prohibitions specified in Part Three or Four of Article 1 of the Law of Ukraine "On Power Purification" do not apply to them, and consent to the verification and disclosure of information about them in accordance with the said Law. Attachments to the application are not mandatory to submit. The person who has expressed a desire to participate in the selection for the appointment to the vacant position may submit additional information that confirms compliance with the requirements set out in the announcement, in particular regarding work experience, professional competencies, reputation (characteristics, recommendations, scientific publications, etc.).
