About the Position

We are seeking a Head of Telemarketing Department with experience in insurance sales to join our team in Kyiv, focusing on voluntary insurance products.

Responsibilities

• Sales of voluntary insurance products: CASCO, property (apartments of individuals), Medical insurance, additionally OSCIPVNTZU, Green card;
• Processing insurance applications for CASCO and Medical insurance from the NASK ORANTA website;
• Issuing insurance policies to legal entities;
• Working with the internal client base for cross-sales;
• Preferably (but not required) own client base for insurance.

Requirements

• Higher education in insurance, finance, or management;
• Fluent in business Ukrainian;
• Work experience: at least 18 months in sales of insurance products, including mandatory experience in CASCO and medical insurance (full cycle from calculation/consultation to signing the contract).
