The company provides products and solutions mainly related to hydraulic and electric drive in a wide range of areas such as construction, general industrial machinery, and FA equipment.

Leveraging the characteristics of high power hydraulic drives and highly efficient electric drives, Bosch Rexroth helps to save energy and clean up exhaust gases in construction machinery and general industrial machinery. Bosch Rexroth is also contributing to higher safety and reliability of machinery. In factory automation module components, Bosch supplies an extensive lineup of components, such as semiconductor manufacturing equipment, to meet needs on the front lines of manufacturing.

Responsibilities

• Responsible for Business development, Sales, Order Management, and Receivable Management for key Construction OEMs (Construction, Mining, Material Handling).
• Internal coordination with service, planning, quality, and application to support customer business development.
• Responsible for overall customer satisfaction.

Requirements

• Qualifications:

  • B.E. Mechanical, MBA
  • 3 - 6 Years of experience in Industrial sales

• Skills:

  • Good business communication skills
  • Required knowledge of Excel, PowerPoint, SAP, CRM tool
  • Good presentation skills and willingness to travel
  • Technical skills: Knowledge on Hydraulics, Product selection
  • Soft skills: Analytics, Presentation
  • Strong Sales & Business Skills – Account & Customer portfolio, Negotiation & Value-based selling
