NC Manufacturing Engineer / NC Process Engineer (all gender)

About the Position

We are seeking an NC Manufacturing Engineer / NC Process Engineer (all gender) to join our team in Bayern, Germany. In this role, you will analyze and resolve production deviations, ensuring smooth manufacturing processes.

Responsibilities

• Analyze and resolve production deviations directly in the production environment
• Review technical documentation, drawings, and 3D models to understand the causes of manufacturing problems
• Collaborate closely with production, manufacturing engineering, and quality teams to define practical solutions
• Adjust SAP information and create work orders, production orders, and work instructions
• Support the shop floor with technical inquiries and manufacturing problems
• Ensure thorough technical documentation of all measures in the system
• Actively contribute to stable manufacturing processes and uninterrupted production

Requirements

• Experience in manufacturing/industrial engineering or a production-related technical environment
• Familiarity with manufacturing processes, technical drawings, and production documentation
• Experience with SAP (preferably SAP R/3), e.g., with work orders, production orders, or work schedules
• Experience in handling deviations, manufacturing problems, or technical clarifications
• Structured, solution-oriented approach and confident communication with various departments
• Good command of German and English
