Responsibilities
- Lead and mentor two Gen AI teams in developing conversational agents. Manage the team roadmap, facilitate team building, and oversee software project execution.
- Develop and implement innovative AI-driven solutions to advance platform capabilities.
- Work closely with different stakeholders, including developers, product managers, and business operations, to align goals and outcomes.
- Lead the development of Conversational Agents, from concept design to production deployment.
- Explore and research advanced AI technologies and integrate with external APIs and services.
Requirements
- BSc in Computer Science or related degree.
- 3+ years of experience in leading engineering teams.
- 6+ years of experience in building customer-facing full-stack applications.
- 2+ years of hands-on experience with Python - A must!
- Deep understanding of large language model (LLM) core concepts and usage, including prompting and reasoning strategies - a must!
- Proficiency with SQL and NoSQL databases.
- Experience in designing agentic workflows - an advantage.
- Experience with Node.js, particularly Nest.js.
- Experience with Langchain or Langraph - an advantage.
- Excellent spoken and written English skills.
- Proactive, collaborative mindset with a passion for impacting engineering teams, products, and customers.
