About the Position
Nearshore - Automation Expert ServiceNow - Workflows - APIs - Ansible - GitLab (m/f/d)
Freelance/Contracting project
Location: Munich, Germany
Start date: as soon as possible

Responsibilities
- Design, implementation, and operation of orchestrated ServiceNow workflows in accordance with the NAF framework
- Creation and maintenance of workflows to control scripts and APIs
- Set-up and management of a ServiceNow orchestration platform, including status dashboards
- Extension and customization of Ansible playbooks for software-defined networks
- Integration and control of version-controlled CI/CD processes via GitLab
- Integration of NetBox, Infoblox, CMDB, DNS, CyberArk, and Checkmk
- Rollout of target configurations within existing change processes
- Automatic generation of required validation documents for changes
- Technical documentation and delivery of specialist training courses
Requirements
- In-depth knowledge of ServiceNow in workflow design and API integrations
- Experience with business rules in ServiceNow
- Very good knowledge of Ansible, Python, and GitLab
- Experience with user-friendly UI design in ServiceNow
- Demonstrable knowledge of networking and firewall environments
- Fluency in spoken and written English; knowledge of German is an advantage
