.Net Back-End Software Engineer

About the Position

You won’t just code, you’ll create experiences. From evaluating emerging technology trends to transforming client visions into reality, you’ll research, design, prototype, and deliver solutions that make an impact. Your role spans the entire development lifecycle, blending creativity with technical excellence.

Responsibilities

• Analyze business requirements.
• Contribute to the definition of software solutions and technology choices.
• Draft technical documentation to support the proposed solutions.
• Estimate the effort required for development and maintenance activities.
• Support the planning and organization of project activities.
• Actively participate in the implementation of solutions.
• Verify and validate deliverables, ensuring compliance with established quality standards.
• Collaborate on testing and troubleshooting phases of any issues.

Requirements

• Master’s degree in computer science engineering or equivalent background.
• 4-8 years of professional experience.
• Excellent knowledge of the.NET programming language, Java would be a plus.
• Development of cloud-native backend applications.
• Microservices architectures (Docker, Kubernetes).
• Expertise in using cloud platforms, preferably Azure.
• Experience with CI/CD, DevOps, and Agile methodologies.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Excellent written and verbal communications skills both in Italian and in English.
• Availability for occasional international business trips across Europe.
• Serious motivation for the Employeneurship model of TMC.

We Offer

The position offers a permanent employment contract, and the Gross Annual Salary – RAL will be no less than €38,000, in line with the National Collective Bargaining Agreement (CCNL) for Commerce – Tertiary, Distribution and Services.

TMC is committed to offering a competitive compensation package. At the end of the recruitment process, after assessing the candidate's experience, skills, and qualifications, the company may offer a final gross annual salary higher than the amount stated above.

In line with our business model, the final compensation package also includes a project profit-sharing component, an individual annual learning and development budget of €4,000 net, and an annual welfare allowance. Further details will be provided during the recruitment process, in accordance with the company's applicable policies.
