.NET Team Leader

About the Position

Diatom Enterprises, a middle-size software company in Europe, is expanding its .NET development team and is looking for a Senior .NET Team Leader to join their global team. If you are a skilled.NET developer ready for a bigger challenge, this role is for you.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of developers with strong motivation;
• Plan and control the project life-cycle and supporting activities;
• Handle project resources and their performance;
• Communicate with customers;
• Share your experience with other team members.

Requirements

• Practical team lead experience in at least 2 projects in the IT field for 3+ years;
• Solid understanding of Project Management processes and best practices;
• Strong leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills, willingness to take responsibility;
• Experience with Agile and Scrum methodologies (a must);
• Deep understanding of each role of the project;
• 3+ years experience in software development using.NET technologies;
• Advanced knowledge of C# (a must);
• Practical experience in AngularJS or React (will be considered as a benefit);
• Practical experience in Xamarin (will be considered as a benefit);
• Experience with various types of testing including unit testing (will be considered as a benefit);
• Passion for modern software development approaches and tools;
• Good communication, presentation, and reporting skills;
• Good English (a must);
• Bachelor or Master’s degree in computer science (will be considered as a benefit).
