Responsibilities

Personnel development / recruiting:

• Active participation in the recruitment of new developers
• Supporting the teams and the career development of developers through regular 1on1s, coaching and mentoring

Engineering / Coding:

• Become part of the technical leadership for the.NET development team
• Design, review and co-design architectures for .NET/cloud projects
• Conduct code reviews and ensure quality assurance
• Problem and conflict resolution skills
• Promoting innovation
• Monitoring the performance of applications and optimizing them

Knowledge sharing / platform development:

• Continuous improvement of processes and methods
• Collaboration on the Appsfactory tech strategy and best practices
• Organization and support of community events

Requirements

Core Skills:

• Completed studies in computer science, media informatics, media technology or business informatics or comparable qualification
• Practical experience in the field of full-stack development
• Project experience using C#/.NET
• In-depth knowledge of SQL and NoSQL and an understanding of their various use cases
• Experience with developing larger distributed applications with.NET in cloud environment
• Analytical competence, communication and teamwork skills, as well as a high degree of initiative, motivation and flexibility
• The success and development of your diverse team is important to you
• You lead with inspiration and respect
• Written and spoken German at a minimum C1 level
• Knowledge of written and spoken English to at least B2 level

Nice to Have:

• Experience with a JavaScript framework
• Knowledge in the area of Domain Driven Design
• Knowledge of DevOps / CI&CD. Experience with AzureDevOps Pipelines or Github Actions is an advantage
• Experience with Pulumi, Terraform or similar is a plus

• Technologies: JMeter, Identity/OAuth 2.0, SQL, NoSQL, Redis, Machine Learning, Cloudflare, Generative AI, Code Assistant, IoT, and many more.
