Are you interested in building an AI platform from scratch that will transform the way a leading company develops software?

We are looking for a Technical AI Lead who will participate in the construction of an Artificial Intelligence agent platform designed to help technology teams work more efficiently, homogeneously, and aligned with the standards of an important client company.

We are not just looking for a technical expert. We want to incorporate a person capable of combining architecture, leadership, methodology, and technological evangelism to become a reference within the organization.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve architectures based on AI agents.
• Participate in the design of a corporate artificial intelligence platform.
• Establish best practices, standards, and governance mechanisms for AI.
• Define guardrails for the safe and responsible use of AI-based solutions.
• Support development teams in adopting the new operational model.
• Promote methodologies focused on quality, testing, continuous delivery, and AI-assisted development.
• Act as a technical reference and evangelist within the organization.
• Connect the technological vision with the real needs of the business.

Requirements

• Experience leading complex technological initiatives.
• Knowledge of generative AI architectures and agent-based systems.
• Experience with the Microsoft ecosystem:
  • Microsoft Copilot
  • Azure AI Services
  • Azure OpenAI
• Knowledge of data integration and corporate knowledge sources.
• Familiarity with MCP (Model Context Protocol).
• Experience in designing platforms, scalable architectures, and service integration.
• Knowledge of AI governance, security, and adoption practices.
