NetSuite Application Developer

About the Position

We're seeking a NetSuite Application Developer with 3+ years experience to join our team in Birmingham, providing operational and software systems advice. Remote work is flexible.

Responsibilities

• Be the technical point of contact for our NetSuite ERP client
• Architect, design, build, and deliver optimized NetSuite solutions including customizations, scripting (2.0), integration, and support case resolution
• Stay ahead of the new NetSuite features and functionality, and provide recommendations for improvements
• Perform technical design/code reviews and audits to ensure design objectives are met and standards are followed
• Adapt to changing priorities of the business and seek out ways to develop new skills
• Balance multiple projects and competing priorities

Requirements

• 3+ years NetSuite development experience
• Bachelor’s degree preferably in Computer Science or equivalent years of industry experience
• Ability to write and review SuiteScripts (1.0 & 2.0)
• Extensive understanding of SuiteFlow, SuiteTalk, SuiteBuilder, workflows, and Map-Reduce
• Knowledge of JavaScript, Node.js, SOAP, REST, XML, and JSON technologies
• Excellent analytical and critical thinking skills
• High attention to detail

Nice to Have

• Experience with data migration
• Good understanding and hands-on experience on the SuiteCloud Development Framework (SDF)
• NetSuite Certification such as SuiteCloud Developer Certification and SuiteCommerce Developer Certification (certification support will be offered to suitable candidates)
• Expertise in Celigo iPaaS and prior experience in building NetSuite integrations with Celigo SmartConnectors
• Deep understanding of NetSuite Architecture and related technologies
