About the Position
We’re representing a fast-growing international organisation at the forefront of digital transformation in the industrial sector. As they expand their ERP systems across global subsidiaries, they’re looking to bring on a NetSuite Implementation Lead to manage and deliver key initiatives.
This is a permanent opportunity to take ownership of critical NetSuite projects, working closely with internal stakeholders to optimise processes across finance and operations. The role is based on-site in Mons (4–5 days per week) and offers real influence in shaping the company’s digital landscape.
Responsibilities
- Lead full lifecycle NetSuite ERP projects, including implementation, optimisation, and integrations
- Translate business requirements into functional and technical specifications
- Partner with teams across finance, operations, and sales to align ERP systems with evolving business needs
- Coordinate internal resources and external partners to meet project objectives
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and risk mitigation strategies
- Deliver user training and maintain thorough documentation
- Contribute to continuous system and process improvements
Requirements
- Minimum 2 years of hands-on NetSuite implementation experience, either directly or through a consulting partner
- Strong understanding of finance/accounting workflows; additional experience with ERP modules such as logistics, purchasing, or manufacturing is ideal
- Good working knowledge of NetSuite modules (ERP, CRM, SuiteCommerce); SuiteScript knowledge is a plus
- Experience in international finance environments is a strong advantage
- Proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills
- Fluent in English (required); French is a plus but not essential
- Able to work on-site in Mons 4–5 days per week
- Immediate availability preferred
