Network & Data Center Specialist (Cisco Nexus Dashboard / NDFC) (M/F)

Responsibilities

Lead, support, and contribute to the development of the team.
Define objectives, priorities, and work plans, monitoring their execution.
Ensure the operation, support, maintenance, and technological evolution of platforms.
Guarantee the availability, performance, security, and quality of services provided.
Define operational standards, governance models, and best practices for platform management.
Lead the evolution of monitoring, observability, automation, and integration capabilities.
Ensure the management and evolution of privileged access platforms.
Promote the automation of operational tasks and the reduction of manual or repetitive activities.
Identify opportunities for optimization, integration, and continuous improvement of processes.
Support the analysis and resolution of complex technical incidents and problems.
Follow root cause analysis, improvement plans, and corrective actions.
Define technological evolution roadmaps aligned with operational and business needs.
Manage technical relationships with manufacturers, suppliers, and partner entities.
Support implementation, migration, and integration projects of new platforms.
Ensure the production and updating of technical documentation and operational procedures.
Promote the responsible adoption of advanced analytics, machine learning, and artificial intelligence capabilities.

Requirements

Experience in the operational management of enterprise services and platforms.
Experience with monitoring and observability platforms.
Knowledge of process automation and system integration.
Experience in Microsoft and Azure environments.
Knowledge of scripting or automation development.
Experience in defining operational standards, processes, and best practices.
Ability to plan, manage priorities, and follow different initiatives.
Knowledge of incident, problem, change, and continuous improvement management.
Ability to analyze and resolve complex technical problems.
Ability to communicate and liaise with technical teams, clients, partner entities, and other stakeholders.
Autonomy, sense of responsibility, and orientation towards service and results.
Ability to balance team leadership responsibilities and technical guidance.
Experience with LogicMonitor or equivalent observability platforms.
Experience with Azure Integration Services.
Experience with Imprivata cPAM or other Privileged Access Management solutions.
Experience with Grok or GrokStream.
Knowledge of Power Platform.
Knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or other automation technologies.
Experience in integrations through APIs and cloud services.
Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code.
Experience in modernization and transformation projects of information technology operations.
Knowledge of machine learning and artificial intelligence applied to monitoring or automation.
Certifications in Microsoft, Azure, automation, observability, or security areas (valued).
