About the Position
Network & Security Administrator

As a Network & Security Administrator, you will oversee the daily administration, monitoring, upkeep, and support of enterprise network and security environments. You will help maintain stable and protected connectivity across distributed infrastructures, including cloud, hybrid, and on-premises environments. Your role will combine practical administration, problem-solving, security enforcement, documentation, and close cooperation with support teams and customers.
Responsibilities
- Design secure and resilient network architectures and select appropriate security tools to support them
- Be responsible for deploying standardized global network security solutions
- Implement and manage security policies across different platforms
- Work with a variety of firewall and proxy technologies, such as: Zscaler, Cisco, Azure, Fortinet, and Check Point
- Analyze network traffic flows (ports and protocols) and translate them into well-documented security policies and risk classifications
- Ensure compliance with internal controls, audit requirements, and regulatory standards
- Monitor system availability and address technical challenges as they arise in project delivery
- Adjust to evolving priorities and workloads within an agile transformation environment
- Define and implement a Zero Trust security approach, including principles such as least privilege access, continuous verification, micro-segmentation, and identity-driven security across network and cloud environment
Requirements
- Deep understanding of Zero Trust architecture principles and their practical implementation using Zscaler solutions (e.g., Zscaler Internet Access, Zscaler Private Access, Zero Trust Exchange)
- Strong knowledge of network security technologies such as firewalls, IDS/IPS, DLP, WAF, and SASE/SSE, along with hands-on experience with leading vendors including Cisco, Microsoft Azure, Fortinet, and Check Point.
- Ability to quickly comprehend complex technical topics and evaluate them in the context of real-world business needs
- Solid grasp of enterprise networking fundamentals, particularly data routing and switching
- Knowledge of Azure cloud platform and its service portfolios
- Experience with tooling and monitoring solutions used in large-scale enterprise networks
- Hands-on experience with Identity & Access Management (IAM) and conditional access (e.g., Microsoft Entra ID)
