About the Position
We are seeking a Network Engineer | Network Analyst to join our team in Singapore. This role offers concrete project timelines with exposure to the latest technologies and regional exposure.
Responsibilities
- Supporting/troubleshooting and implementation of Cisco network devices (Routers, Switches, Firewall, LAN, WAN, etc.) across Asia
- Monitoring network performance, handling upgrades, and network optimization
- Handling and ensuring network-related service requests are responded to
- Establishing service level management practices to ensure that the level of service from external service providers is defined and adhered to
Requirements
- At least 1 year of experience in Cisco network routers and switches
- Exposure to LAN and WAN is required
- Exposure to Cloud experience or having a CCNA certification will be of added advantage
