Network Engineer – Schwerpunkt Projekte (all genders)

Responsibilities
- Our users are close to your heart: You handle customer inquiries (third-level support), provide assistance, search for and analyze errors – via email, but also with the customer on the phone.
- You like to communicate: You find suitable solutions and communicate them charmingly. Even in stressful situations, you remain friendly and patient.
- You shape the user service: You create or improve documentation and instructions and are happy to bring fresh ideas to the team.
- You love variety: In addition to customer communication, you also work closely with our administrators and form the interface between customers and internal IT.
Requirements
- Good knowledge of LAN/WAN solutions from Cisco
- Experience with Cisco Datacenter solutions
- Experience with Cisco ACI is desirable
- Good knowledge of security solutions from Fortinet or Cisco
- Comprehensive understanding of technologies in the network area
- Advanced knowledge of all common network and internet protocols
- Certifications (CCNA, NSE) are an advantage
- Very good German language skills in speech and writing
- Good English language skills in speech and writing
- Proactive, independent, and solution-oriented approach
- Above-average level of service and customer orientation
- Several years of professional experience in the network area and experience with standard IT processes
