About the Position

We are seeking a Network Specialist Virtualization (M/F) to join our team in Warsaw, Poland. This role involves administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise IP networks, managing VMware NSX-T and virtualization networking environments, and configuring Cisco network infrastructure.

Responsibilities

• Administering, monitoring, and troubleshooting enterprise IP networks
• Managing VMware NSX-T and virtualization networking environments
• Configuring and maintaining Cisco network infrastructure, firewalls, and security solutions
• Performing network changes, installations, and troubleshooting of physical and logical infrastructure
• Providing second-line network support and incident resolution
• Maintaining technical documentation and operational procedures
• Analyzing network performance and recommending improvements
• Supporting data center, cloud, and SDN networking solutions

Requirements

• Minimum 5 years of experience in network administration and similar roles
• Advanced knowledge of TCP/IP, routing, and switching technologies
• Very good knowledge of VMware NSX-T and VMware ESXi networking
• Experience with Cisco Nexus/Catalyst switches and Palo Alto firewalls
• Knowledge of network security, encryption, and traffic filtering
• Experience with enterprise network environments
• Cisco CCNA, VMware Network Virtualization, or equivalent certification
• English language skills at minimum B2 level
• Strong analytical, troubleshooting, and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and in a team
• Availability for occasional European travel and valid driving license category B
• Ability to obtain required security clearance
