About the Position
Networking and Security Lead
Frankfurt Information Technology IT Team

With an evolving network infrastructure and a need for improvements in security, we are seeking a visionary leader to manage, secure, and uplift our networking environment to support our continued growth.
As the Networking and Security Lead, you will lead our networking and security initiatives across our hybrid infrastructure. You will oversee the day-to-day operations of our networking team, ensuring the stability, security, and performance of our infrastructure, which includes 700+ endpoints, hybrid workers, and a mix of on-premises and cloud-based services. You will drive improvements to our network, ensure appropriate security practices, and implement a 24/7 monitoring service.
A key focus will be reducing friction in the end-user experience, ensuring seamless connectivity and security for our teams, wherever they are working.
Responsibilities

- Ensure stability, security, and performance of the infrastructure
- Drive improvements to the network and implement security practices
- Implement a 24/7 monitoring service
