A Better Tomorrow

Responsibilities

Your key responsibilities will include:

Ensure supplier production and delivery meet demand requirements while minimizing cost and waste
Maintain visibility and control over Tier 1–3 production and component plans
Manage inventory policies, including shortage and obsolescence risk mitigation
Monitor and improve supplier performance against supply chain KPIs
Manage and update supply chain data, tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, templates)
Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for supply issues
Coordinate cross-functional and supplier meetings to drive alignment and execution
Identify and implement continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives across the supply chain

Requirements

Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
Proven experience in supply and demand planning using ERP systems
Strong experience in supplier management and cross-functional collaboration
Advanced Excel skills (including macros) and Power BI dashboard development
Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Source, Make, Deliver)
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
Knowledge of supply chain systems and tools (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis) and fluency in English
