New Categories Supply Chain Optimization Manager

Responsibilities
Your key responsibilities will include:
- Ensure supplier production and delivery meet demand requirements while minimizing cost and waste
- Maintain visibility and control over Tier 1–3 production and component plans
- Manage inventory policies, including shortage and obsolescence risk mitigation
- Monitor and improve supplier performance against supply chain KPIs
- Manage and update supply chain data, tools, and reporting platforms (e.g., Power BI, templates)
- Conduct root cause analysis and implement corrective actions for supply issues
- Coordinate cross-functional and supplier meetings to drive alignment and execution
- Identify and implement continuous improvement and digitalization initiatives across the supply chain
Requirements
- Degree in Supply Chain, Engineering, Data Analytics, or related field (Master’s preferred)
- Proven experience in supply and demand planning using ERP systems
- Strong experience in supplier management and cross-functional collaboration
- Advanced Excel skills (including macros) and Power BI dashboard development
- Deep understanding of end-to-end supply chain processes (Source, Make, Deliver)
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, including root cause analysis
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
- Knowledge of supply chain systems and tools (e.g., SAP APO, Kinaxis) and fluency in English
