About the Position
Niederlassungsleiter Elektrotechnik Paris - Nord | Operative und strategische Leitung (mwd)
Our client is an owner-managed company in the field of sensor technology with a market share of over 80%.
Responsibilities
As Branch Manager Electrical Engineering Paris - North, you will assume overall responsibility for the branch and be the first point of contact for customers and employees. Your tasks will include:
- Operational and strategic management of the site.
- Management and further development of a small team (3-5 employees).
- Responsibility for sales, customer care, and business development in the French market.
- Expansion and maintenance of long-term customer relationships.
- Close cooperation with the German head office.
- Management of logistics, warehousing, and packaging of standard and spare parts.
- Budget, sales, and profit responsibility for the French branch.
- Representing the company to customers, partners, and institutions.
Requirements
- Several years of professional experience in electrical engineering in a managerial role and in B2B sales.
- Strong technical understanding, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, safety technology, industrial components, or in a comparable industry.
- Entrepreneurial mindset and hands-on mentality.
- Confident manner, negotiating skills, and strong customer focus.
- Willingness to travel within France and occasionally to Germany.
- Good knowledge of French and English, knowledge of German is an advantage.

- Competitive salary range of 55.000 € - 80.000 € per year.
