Responsibilities
- Location Development & Strategy: You will strategically develop and expand the branch, working with an internal team to ensure sustainable growth.
- Customer Management: Maintain and develop existing customer relationships while acquiring new clients.
- Budget Responsibility: Plan and manage the budget, keeping track of relevant metrics and implementing necessary actions.
- Reporting: Report regularly to the regional management on developments, results, and strategic initiatives.
Requirements
- Industry Experience: At least two years of experience in commercial technical staffing services is required, ideally from a leading or supporting role.
- Sales & Empathy: Strong sales skills combined with empathy in dealing with clients and employees.
- Leadership & Initiative: A proactive attitude, willingness to drive change, and entrepreneurial thinking.
