Node.js Developer

About the Position

We are seeking a Node.js Developer with at least 2 years of experience in Node.js, TypeScript, and MongoDB to join our team in a remote or Kharkiv location.

Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain scalable backend services using Node.js and TypeScript.
• Collaborate with front-end developers to integrate user-facing elements with server-side logic.
• Implement and manage databases using MongoDB and Mongoose.
• Work with third-party services such as AWS, Twilio, Stripe, and Google Cloud.
• Write clean, maintainable, and efficient code.
• Create unit tests to ensure the reliability and robustness of the application.
• Utilize version control systems like git and task trackers such as Trello or Jira.

Requirements

• At least 2 years of Node.js experience.
• Experience with TypeScript, expressjs, socket.io, MongoDB, and Mongoose.
• Experience working with third-party services such as AWS, Twilio, Stripe, and Google Cloud.
• Knowledge of front-end technologies such as HTML5 and CSS3.
• Experience with creating unit tests.
• Experience with git and task trackers (Trello, Jira, etc.).
• Intermediate English level or higher.
• Ability to work effectively in a team.

Nice to Have

• Experience with Postgres.
• Experience with serverless framework.
• Experience with frontend frameworks such as Angular, React, or Vue.
