About the Position
Nomad eSIM- Commercial Roaming Manager

Responsibilities
- Strategic Partner Management: Assess business needs (consumer + enterprise) and maintain the right mix of roaming partners to support growth.
- Partner & Project Management: Maintain relationships with existing providers, improve offerings, onboard new roaming partners, and support RFP responses.
- Contract Negotiation & Management: Work with finance and legal to evaluate pricing, negotiate rates, and manage contract review and signing.
- Cost Analysis: Analyze partner pricing, evaluate gaps in retail/wholesale pricing, choose optimal partners, and validate invoices.
- New Partner Outreach: Engage with potential roaming partners, respond to partner queries, and recommend partners for onboarding.
- Performance Management: Optimize costs and ensure strong performance from roaming partners.
Requirements
- Experience: 6–10 years of international roaming experience (operator or eSIM supplier).
- Network: Strong network of contacts with MNOs and MVNOs, especially in Asia.
- Knowledge: Deep understanding of roaming products, wholesale agreements, economics, and suppliers.
- Skills: High familiarity with GSMA groups and InfoCentre, strong Excel skills (business cases, formulas, pivot tables), fluent English, and strong presentation skills.
- Preferred: Familiarity with eSIM standards and technology.
- Attributes: Digitally savvy, growth mindset, self-motivated, results-driven, ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment.
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Business/Marketing/Economics or similar.
