Responsibilities
- Converse with the model on language scenarios
- Verify factual accuracy and logical soundness
- Capture reproducible error traces
- Suggest improvements to our prompt engineering and evaluation metrics
Requirements
- Advanced knowledge in Norwegian grammar, syntax, morphology, spelling, phonology, and pragmatics
- Experience with verb conjugation, noun inflection, sentence structure, Bokmål and Nynorsk distinctions, regional dialects, formal and informal registers, and the nuances of the Norwegian writing system
- A master’s or PhD in Norwegian language, linguistics, or a closely related field
- Peer-reviewed publications, teaching experience, or hands-on linguistic analysis projects
- Clear, metacognitive communication
