About the Position

Dispute Analyst - Nordic Operations

We are looking for a Dispute Specialist to join our Nordic Operations team.

Our team supports leading Nordic financial institutions and works with payment card disputes, chargebacks, claims handling, investigations, and related operational processes. Depending on your experience, skills, and business needs, your responsibilities may vary across different stages of the dispute lifecycle.

Responsibilities

• Investigate and process customer claims and disputes
• Review transactions, supporting documentation, and case-related information
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulations, card scheme requirements, client procedures, and internal guidelines
• Communicate with internal and external stakeholders when required
• Deliver high-quality work while meeting service level agreements and operational targets
• Contribute to process improvements and operational development initiatives
• Collaborate with colleagues across multiple Nordic markets
• Share knowledge and contribute to a positive team environment

Requirements

• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent attention to detail
• Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively within a team
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines
• Comfortable working in an international environment
• Good written and spoken English

Language Requirements

• Fluent Norwegian is required
• Good written and spoken English
