Responsibilities

• Strong Business Analysis experience within Banking / Financial Services.
• Hands-on experience in Nostro Accounts, Nostro Reconciliation, and Risk Reporting.
• Expertise in Requirements Gathering, BRD/FRD, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, UAT, and Go-Live Support.
• Good understanding of Payments, Banking Operations, and Reconciliation Processes.
• Experience working with Static Data / Reference Data / Master Data Management (MDM).
• Ability to work with Business, Operations, Technology teams, SMEs, and Project Managers.
• Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

Requirements

• Must-Have Skills:

  • 6–10 Years of experience in Banking / Financial Services / Capital Markets.
  • Strong Business Analysis experience within Banking / Financial Services.
  • Hands-on experience in Nostro Accounts, Nostro Reconciliation, and Risk Reporting.
  • Expertise in Requirements Gathering, BRD/FRD, Process Mapping, Gap Analysis, UAT, and Go-Live Support.
  • Good understanding of Payments, Banking Operations, and Reconciliation Processes.
  • Experience working with Static Data / Reference Data / Master Data Management (MDM).
  • Ability to work with Business, Operations, Technology teams, SMEs, and Project Managers.
  • Strong stakeholder management and communication skills.

• Preferred Skills:

  • Process automation and operational improvement initiatives.
  • Experience with JIRA, Confluence, SQL.
  • Agile project delivery experience.
