Responsibilities
As a Business/System Analyst, you will:
- Build, analyze, and reengineer business processes related to fuel accounting.
- Write technical specifications for developers.
- Test functionality based on technical specifications.
- Perform analytics based on queries.
- Work in Jira.
Requirements
Must-have:
- Understanding of financial accounting, warehouse accounting, and document management.
- Experience with excisable goods, understanding of legislation.
- Ability to analyze and describe business processes related to the accounting (movement, taxation) of excisable goods.
- Ability to formulate requirements for IT systems, write technical specifications for developers.
- Knowledge of typical ERP systems.
- Attention to detail.
- Experience in testing functionality.
- Analytical thinking, ability to systematize complex processes.
Nice to Have:
- Experience in creating specifications, process diagrams (BPMN, UML).
- Experience with reporting files (XML/CSV), integrations with state registers.
- Basic understanding of SQL.
