NPI Logistics Planner

About the Position

We are looking for an NPI Logistics Planner to join our team at TMC in Eindhoven, Netherlands. In this role, you will be responsible for managing logistics plans, coordinating material flow, and ensuring supply chain efficiency.

Responsibilities

• Develop a logistics realization plan for each new project.
• Monitor and report on the timely availability of drawings and BOMs.
• Plan and coordinate the material flow of critical materials (e.g., components, prototypes).
• Organize the review of engineering adjustments in terms of manufacturability, lead time, and costs.
• Continuously monitor technical documentation and maintain matching inventory.
• Coordinate the implementation of engineering changes in ongoing production, the supply chain, and potentially at the customer's site.
• Continuously monitor the flow between actual planning and the customer's process.
• Handle ad-hoc changes effectively, anticipating quickly and timely, demonstrating high dynamism and the ability to distinguish between main and secondary issues; planning, organization, and communication are second nature to you.
• Be flexible in style, able to switch gears, and effectively use your stakeholder management skills to facilitate collaboration.

Requirements

• A completed HBO/WO diploma, preferably in Supply Chain, Technical Business Administration, Operations & Logistics (Engineering), or a technical basic education.
• You thrive on complex challenges that you will tackle on a project basis.
• You are communicative and know how to use your stakeholder management skills to connect people at all times.
• You can understand, master, and improve processes as needed in a highly changing and dynamic environment; you are in control.
• You can easily understand, comprehend, and, where necessary, execute advisory or improvement projects for various logistics control systems (e.g., ERP/WMS/TMS).
• You enjoy challenging yourself and are committed to personal growth and development.
• You are proficient in Dutch and English. Any other language is a plus.
