Description of the Role

To strengthen its Energy division, the ALTEN group's Engineering Directorate is recruiting a Nuclear Site Supervisor Engineer (H/F).
Main Missions
As support in the site management, you will be responsible for the realization of new uranium conversion and enrichment units. You will be the main project contact for construction issues, and will work on sites, manage a team, and coordinate subcontracting.
In the Detailed Preliminary Design phase, you must:
- Ensure all site preparation tasks: methods and techniques for site organization, definition of interfaces
- Write the construction conditions notebooks
- Participate in the development of assembly notes for calls for tenders
- Organize constructibility reviews
- Participate in the evaluation of tender offers for works contracts
During the construction phase, you must:
- Verify and approve all execution documentation issued on site by subcontractors for assembly
- Ensure HSE monitoring on the site and monitor compliance with safety rules
- Participate in the development of the detailed assembly schedule, particularly at external interfaces
- Be responsible for the site budget and schedule vis-à-vis the project by monitoring the physical and contractual progress of the various contractors
- Control and validate the quality and safety surveillance program for site services and ensure its application by participating in all surveillance activities
- Ensure the necessary coordination actions between the various suppliers, the operator, and the bodies involved in the monitoring of assembly activities
- Ensure interfaces with all stakeholders to report any difficulties related to equipment assembly and initiate all associated corrective actions as early as possible
- Prepare the transfer of installations to tests at the end of assembly and ensure the conformity of the transferred elements
- Ensure proper management of the quality file and reserve lists
- Estimate and validate the Modification Sheets
Qualifications
Education / Experience

Graduated from an engineering school or holder of a Master's degree (Bac+5) in mechanical or civil engineering

Minimum 5 years of experience in site supervision in an industrial environment
Technical Skills
- You have acquired skills in:
- The overall organization of a site, particularly on the SSE aspect
- The implementation of site logistics, the management and organization of your subcontractors, the responsibility of work contracts during the execution phase, the management and monitoring of site execution with several trades (GC, piping, mechanical, ventilation, electrical, control and command), contract management, team management, and the execution of work on buildings in operation
Personal Qualities
- You have a good open-mindedness and the ability to work in a team, as well as good time and priority management.
- You know how to be diplomatic but also defend your ideas
- You have good interpersonal skills and know how to be pedagogical.
- You are available for your team and know how to show flexibility.

- Knowledge of the nuclear environment and good practices concerning major safety activities: installations, systems, and equipment, operation...
