Salary: $95,000 - $110,000 per year

Responsibilities

• Promote the highest quality of patient care and leadership
• Manage financial, clinical, and administrative human resources systems
• Cover for the RN and LPN Staff including backup for the DON

Requirements

• Must have a RN background
• Day shift
• 8 hour shift
• Ideal candidate will have experience in ER, PC, Acute Care
• BSN degree or ADN required
• Previous leadership experience required
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and decision-making skills required
