Nurse, Doctor, or Healthcare Professional - Elderly Care

DastN GmbH is seeking dedicated nurses, doctors, and healthcare professionals to join our care home in Hannover. This role is ideal for those looking to build a career in the German long-term care and nursing (Pflege) sector. We welcome applications from qualified international candidates, including those whose qualifications have not yet been officially recognized (subject to individual assessment). Applicants must have a minimum of B1 proficiency in German.

Responsibilities

• Providing daily care and support to residents.
• Assisting residents with their personal and everyday needs.
• Monitoring residents' health and reporting any noticeable changes.
• Working closely with doctors, nurses, and the wider care team.
• Maintaining accurate documentation of care activities and observations.
• Following hygiene, safety, and infection-control standards.
• Treating elderly residents with respect, patience, dignity, and professionalism.
• Providing emotional and social support to residents.
• Following the care home's policies, procedures, and applicable German regulations.

Requirements

• Must Have
  • Qualification or experience in nursing, medicine, or healthcare.
  • German language certificate at B1 minimum.
  • Willingness to work in the Pflege (long-term care) sector.
  • CV, professional/academic qualifications, and employment certificates (if available).
