Nuxeo Developer or Sr. Developer or Manager

About the Position

We are seeking an experienced Nuxeo Developer to design, customize, and implement enterprise content management (ECM) solutions using the Hylands Nuxeo platform. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience with Nuxeo customization, workflow automation, system integrations, and performance optimization in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design and implement custom solutions on the Nuxeo Platform to meet enterprise content management requirements.
• Develop and extend workflows, automation chains, page providers, and metadata schemas.
• Customize Nuxeo Web UI to enhance usability and business-specific functionality.
• Optimize search indexing and system performance using Elasticsearch.
• Deploy and support Nuxeo solutions in on-prem and cloud environments.
• Collaborate with business stakeholders to translate requirements into technical solutions.
• Troubleshoot, analyze, and resolve performance and production issues.
• Produce technical documentation and support knowledge transfer.

Requirements

• Strong experience with Nuxeo Platform, Nuxeo Studio, and Nuxeo SDK.
• Experience with workflow automation, content modeling, and metadata management.
• Knowledge of Elasticsearch, PostgreSQL, and MongoDB.
• Strong problem-solving skills and ability to work on multiple client engagements.
• Experience in large-scale Enterprise Content Management (ECM) implementations.
• Exposure to AWS, Kafka, and cloud-based deployments.
• Prior client-facing or consulting experience.
• Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Engineering, or a related field.
