About the Position
O2C (m/f/d)
We are looking for an Order to Cash (O2C) Specialist – French Speaker to join an international Shared Service Center environment. The successful candidate will be responsible for supporting end-to-end O2C activities, ensuring timely collections, accurate cash application, and effective customer account management.
Responsibilities
- Manage accounts receivable activities for the French market.
- Monitor customer accounts and follow up on outstanding invoices.
- Perform collections activities and resolve payment disputes.
- Process and allocate incoming payments.
- Investigate and resolve billing discrepancies.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to improve cash collection performance.
- Maintain customer master data and account records.
- Ensure compliance with company policies and internal controls.
- Prepare O2C reports and support month-end activities.
Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, Business Administration, or a related field.
- 3-5 years of experience in Order to Cash, Accounts Receivable, Credit & Collections, or similar functions.
- Fluent French and good English communication skills.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Good knowledge of ERP systems (SAP preferred).
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, international environment.
Nice to Have
- Experience in a Shared Service Center (SSC) or Global Business Services (GBS) environment.
- Knowledge of cash application, collections, and dispute management processes.
- Strong customer-oriented mindset and communication skills.
