As our O2C Process Excellence Lead, you are the architect of the Order-to-Cash journey. You will take complex financial policies and translate them into a "Touchless" reality. You sit at the heart of our Finance Transformation, bridging the gap between our Technical Platforms and the local operational reality.
Responsibilities
- Translate Rules into Reality: Work as the primary "Functional Partner" to our Billing, Tax, and Accounting SMEs. You take their requirements and turn them into Global Process Blueprints and technical specifications.
- Architect the "Touchless" Flow: Design the end-to-end data lineage from the Marketplace into SAP S/4HANA and MS Dynamics Business Central (MSD).
- Stakeholder Negotiation: Partner with Product and Commercial VPs to ensure new business lines are designed for automation before they launch.
- Standardization Guard: Protect the Global Core. You will challenge local markets to drop manual "workarounds" and adopt the global automated standard.
Requirements
- Experience: 6+ years of experience in Finance Transformation or Process Excellence within a high-volume marketplace/tech environment.
- Financial Domain Knowledge: Deep understanding of IFRS 15, VAT triggers, and Revenue Recognition.
- ERP Systems: Strong understanding of ERP systems (SAP S/4HANA, MS Dynamics Business Central, etc), workflows, data flows, and system dependencies.
- Mentorship: Enjoy teaching others how to think about "The Big Picture" of process architecture.
- Language: Advanced/proficient level in English.
