About the Position

Grupotec, a multidisciplinary engineering and architecture company and leader in the photovoltaic energy sector, is seeking an O&M Site Manager for Photovoltaic Plants in Córdoba. With over 25 years of experience, Grupotec has distinguished itself in engineering and photovoltaics globally. Founded in 1997, the company has grown substantially thanks to significant investment in expertise and diversification of services.

Responsibilities

• Conduct Taking Over inspections on new plants, review pending items with the Coordinator, and coordinate with Construction to resolve them.
• Organize, coordinate, and supervise maintenance staff and/or subcontractors, ensuring scheduled tasks are completed and all information is reported.
• Directly inspect the installation and assess the need for corrective maintenance or additional work.
• Implement the preventive maintenance plan.
• Coordinate with PRL to prepare safety plans and documents and other related matters.
• Perform monthly PR and availability calculations for the plants under your charge.
• Prepare monthly plant reports.
• Keep records of incidents, work parts, and time dedicated to each project.
• Monitor plants in SCADA and manage the resolution of alarms/failures.
• Report incidents that may affect equipment warranties and make claims to manufacturers.
• Organize and coordinate necessary corrective maintenance.

Requirements

• Academic Background: Technical or Higher Education Degree; Electrical, Mechanical, Civil / or Higher Education Graduate Cycle in Electricity / Electronics / Renewable Energies / Postgraduate Course or similar in Solar Photovoltaic Energy.
• Complementary Training: Preferred:
• Experience: 1 year in maintenance of photovoltaic solar plants and/or the energy sector.
• IT Skills: Intermediate level of Office. Professional level of monitoring software.
