About the Position
We are seeking a Band 6 Occupational Therapist to join our team in London, working within a CAMHS setting to support children and adolescents with complex mental health needs.
Responsibilities
- Manage a CAMHS occupational therapy caseload
- Complete functional and occupational therapy assessments
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
- Deliver therapeutic interventions to support emotional regulation and daily functioning
- Work collaboratively with the multidisciplinary team, families, and external agencies
- Support discharge planning and community reintegration
- Maintain accurate clinical records and reports
Requirements
- HCPC registration
- Experience within occupational therapy, ideally in mental health or CAMHS settings
- Understanding of child and adolescent mental health needs
- Ability to manage a caseload independently
- Strong communication and organizational skills
Salary
£45,000 per year
