OCM Manager

About the Position

We are seeking a Business Change Manager with 3+ years of experience in leading projects and change management in an international environment to join our team in Belgium.

Responsibilities

As a member of the Credendo SAP4I SR Project Team, your responsibility will be to support the coordination of activities to ensure all business teams impacted by a new platform rollout (SAP4I with Salesforce integration) are fully prepared and engaged for the upcoming changes to their way of working.

This individual will serve as a temporary replacement and will continue with the same objectives: to work together with various stakeholders, including primarily another OCM Manager engaged in the same portfolio, the project sponsor, heads of departments, and heads of teams impacted by the implementation. As OCM Manager, this person will also be responsible for coordinating with the project team for updates and information to be able to communicate this further towards the business users impacted. As Change Management work has already started on this project, the OCM Manager will continue in the delivery of this work and approach.

The main tasks include:

• Coordinate the preparation for the rollout of a new platform and organizational model with different business departments and project leads
• Facilitate sessions on alignment of processes and procedures, organization, and roles
• Execute the change plan, including but not limited to:
  • Organize & facilitate kick-off sessions
  • Organize and create internal communication
  • Lead the change agent network
  • Gather feedback by organizing and analyzing internal surveys
  • Translate this to actions to be taken and adapt plan where needed
  • Organize training for all impacted internal users
  • Organize demo sessions
  • Prepare trainers for training
  • Organize internal and external support at Go-Live
  • Ensure supporting mechanism is set up for post Go-Live support
  • Produce and maintain accurate project schedules
  • Prepare monthly progress reports
  • Coordinate with key Project Managers to align Go-Live planning and manage risks and dependencies with the new digital value chain

Requirements

• 3+ years proven experience leading projects/change management in an international environment
• Team player with a straightforward, hands-on mentality
• Strong communication and motivation skills
• Cultural awareness and knowledge working across different teams, cultures, and nationalities
• Fluent in English with good working knowledge of Dutch/French is an asset
• Certification in Project Management and particularly Change Management Methodology
• Good understanding of business processes, technology landscape, new technologies, and industry standards
• Uses Prosci methodology, certification preferred
• SAP4I integration or rollout experience is considered an advantage
• Experience in the Insurance sector/Finance sector preferred
