Intero Technologies, a company headquartered in Stralsund with additional locations across Germany, specializes in Odoo enterprise software for medium-sized clients. We are currently seeking a dedicated Odoo-Functional Consultant to join our team of over 100 employees.

Responsibilities

• Customizing and Designing Solutions: You will be responsible for customizing and designing customer-specific solutions to achieve desired processes, adhering to Odoo standards.
• Business Process Analysis: You will analyze and restructure business processes in collaboration with clients and internal staff.
• Requirement Prioritization: You will prioritize requirements and solution designs in consultation with clients and internal teams.
• Stakeholder Communication: You will manage communication between internal and external stakeholders to ensure acceptance and understanding of implemented solutions.
• Workshops and Training: You will conduct workshops, presentations, and train users in their work processes.

Requirements

• Education: A completed degree or equivalent practical experience in Business Informatics or Business Administration, ideally with a focus on logistics, manufacturing, supply chain management, accounting, or e-commerce.
• Skills: Interest in digital business processes and ERP systems, with initial practical experience in ERP environments.
• Abilities: Strong business acumen, the ability to analyze, structure, and identify optimization potentials in business processes, and the ability to build trustful relationships with clients, users, and other stakeholders.
• Languages: Very good German skills (at least C1 level) and good English skills.
