Responsibilities

• Ensuring the continuous and efficient operation of the evaluation center, repair, material-technical supply, and warehouse (planning, organizing, monitoring, motivation);
• Providing team training and quality control;
• Ensuring the observance of technological regimes at all stages of device processing, compliance with the normative terms of device evaluation and output, and transfer to the finished product warehouse and other processes;
• Organizing the efficient operation of the warehouse. Storing, distributing, and receiving goods. Document management.
• Managing the inventory of consumables-monitoring the remaining quantities of consumables (assemblies, chargers, boxes) and placing orders with suppliers;
• Organizing interaction with related departments: commercial, financial, sales departments;
• Accounting and control of movements (receipt, movement of goods, documentation, etc.);
• Optimizing processes in approved departments to reduce costs.

Requirements

• 2+ years of management experience in production, service departments, service centers, or logistics;
• Experience in setting up new production/service workshops. From equipment procurement to process development;
• Knowledge of key production indicators of efficiency and production costs.
