Responsibilities

• Keep the office stocked and running (groceries, food, water, office goods, equipment)
• Maintain a clean, organized, and inspiring workspace
• Communication with all service companies (coffee, security, landlord services, repairs, fire safety, work safety, insurance, computer service, etc.)
• Support HR with employee document flow and onboarding paperwork
• Providing accountants with all the necessary documents and up-to-date information - invoices, contracts with clients, contracts with employees.
• Keeping all documents in order - invoices, contracts, agreements, etc.
• Preparation of documents for clients as required
• Organization of holidays, team building, big gifts "on the occasion"
• Support employees with organizational questions and requests
• Registration of education courses, business trips

Requirements

• Fluent Latvian, plus confident English to communicate with both colleagues and partners and Russian is a bonus
• Passion for getting things done
• Openness to constant learning from reporting and management to new tools and communication
