Location: Rīga, Latvia

Type of job: Full-time

Salary: € 1000-1600 per month

Responsibilities

• Providing the office with everything we need (food, water, groceries, office goods, etc.)
• Keeping the office in good order
• Communication with all service companies (coffee, security, landlord services, repairs, fire safety, work safety, insurance, computer service, etc.)
• Document flow for employees: human resources help and documentation
• Providing accountants with all the necessary documents and up-to-date information - invoices, contracts with clients, contracts with employees.
• Keeping all documents in order - invoices, contracts, agreements, etc.
• Preparation of documents for clients as required. Accounts - every month.
• Organization of holidays, team building, big gifts "on the occasion"
• Solution of any organizational company issues from employees
• Registration of education courses, business trips

Requirements

• Fluent English, confident user of RU and LV languages to be able to clearly communicate with clients and colleagues
• Passion for getting things done
• Constant learning - better management, reporting, estimation, collaborative software and communication with a team
