We create new formats, stories, and build a world where the only limit is human imagination. And now we are looking for an Office Manager (Cyprus) who is ready to join and create it with us.
Your Mission
- Create and maintain a vibrant, comfortable office in Limassol - a space where the team enjoys and finds it convenient to work every day.
- Organize team trips and travel: routes, tickets, accommodation, logistics from A to Z.
- Welcome teams and partners arriving in Cyprus - from accommodation and coworking to informal leisure.
- Participate in merchandise, office brand identity, and internal events: team-building, partner meetings, special events.
- Support colleagues relocating to Cyprus: share experiences and help them navigate local steps at the start.
- Handle the office's operational and administrative tasks: payments, orders, interaction with contractors, household issues.
Requirements
- Experience in administrative / office manager / assistant or coordinator positions - from ~2 years.
- You already live in Cyprus and are familiar with local realities (banks, documents, household processes).
- English at the Upper-Intermediate level for confident work communication.
- Self-motivation and proactivity - you take on a task and bring it to completion without micromanagement.
- Organization, attention to detail, and calmness in working with administrative and bureaucratic processes.
- Ease of communication: able to build relationships with different people and stakeholders.
Nice to Have
- Experience in travel management, working with vendors, or organizing events.
- Experience with formalities in Cyprus (insurance, documents, bank accounts).
- Experience in a product or international company.
