About the Position
Genesis is a Ukrainian co-founding IT company and one of the largest publishers of non-gaming applications. Together with the best entrepreneurs from Central and Eastern Europe, we create and develop global technology businesses.
Currently, our ecosystem is developing 25+ projects in four main areas: mobile applications, online media, e-commerce, and R&D. Our main markets are the USA, Europe, and Africa.
We are the Ukrainian product IT company Lift, which creates mobile-first products for content creators in the field of photo and video editing.
Our main product is the mobile editor Lift, which has been downloaded by over 10 million users worldwide. Every day it helps to create and publish content on social networks (a new post appears every 4 seconds).
We are currently focusing on generative AI and launching a new generation of AI products:
- Tvorra - image-to-video generation,
- Zoia - image-to-image generation.
Our goal is to build an A-Player publisher in the category of mobile AI applications for photos and videos, develop innovative products, and scale them to the global market.
We are looking for an Office Manager who has a passion for improving the atmosphere among employees, easily finds a common language with different people, knows how to quickly and efficiently solve turnkey tasks, and is not afraid of multitasking.
Responsibilities
- Ensuring smooth office operations: maintaining cleanliness, order, and ordering necessary supplies, food, and snacks.
- Managing payments related to office services.
- Organizing employee business trips (booking, logistics, coordination).
- Coordinating technical work in the office: equipment replacement, minor repairs, interaction with contractors.
- Finding and communicating with suppliers and service companies.
- Supporting corporate culture: organizing greetings and enjoyable activities for the team.
- Assisting with organizing internal events and preparing gifts/branded products.
- Communicating with internal teams and service departments regarding organizational issues.
- Working with Google Workspace, MS Office, and office equipment.
- Promptly resolving office organizational issues.
