About the Position

Responsibilities

• Support internal and external communication and handle general office tasks such as mail and correspondence.
• Organize tasks for travel, team events, and other appointments.
• Manage office supply orders.
• Handle general administrative tasks, file organization, and invoicing.
• Assist the management and sales & operations teams with property management, statistics, and report generation.
• Welcome our guests and prepare meeting rooms.

Requirements

Qualifications:

• Successful completion of a commercial vocational training.
• Relevant professional experience in similar positions.
• Passion for working with people, striving for more, and trying new ideas to advance our office.
• Team player with reliability, a structured approach, and initiative.
• Proficiency in MS Office, especially Excel.
• Fluency in German, with English skills being a plus.
• Ability to maintain confidentiality as the right hand of the management.
