Office Manager

About the Position

LoboHR, a recruitment agency (nr 7502), is looking for an Office Manager for our client in Kraków. We save time and contribute to the success of our partners by using modern recruitment techniques supported by innovative IT technologies.

Responsibilities

• Ensuring the proper circulation of internal documentation;
• Organizing and managing meetings;
• Contacting suppliers and contractors;
• Supporting the management in organizing the calendar;
• Providing administrative and HR support.

Requirements

• Experience in a similar position;
• English language proficiency at least at B2 level;
• Very good knowledge of MS Office;
• Higher education (preferably in administration or economics);
• Excellent personal organization;
• Basic knowledge of economic and HR issues is a plus.
