About the Position
Мы ищем организованного, коммуникабельного и ответственного офис-менеджера, который станет «сердцем» нашего офиса и обеспечит его бесперебойную жизнедеятельность.
Responsibilities
- Обеспечение жизнедеятельности офиса: заказ канцелярии, воды, продуктов, расходных материалов.
- Прием и распределение входящих звонков, корреспонденции и документации.
- Встреча гостей и посетителей компании (чай/кофе, навигация).
- Взаимодействие с курьерскими службами, клинингом, администрацией здания и техническими службами.
- Помощь в организации внутренних мероприятий, совещаний и корпоративов.
- Выполнение точечных поручений руководителя.
Requirements
- Опыт работы на аналогичной позиции (офис-менеджер, помощник руководителя, администратор) от 1 года.
- Грамотная устная и письменная речь, высокий уровень коммуникабельности.
- Уверенный пользователь ПК (MS Office, Google Doc/Sheets, электронная почта).
- Умение работать в режиме многозадачности, внимание к деталям и доброжелательность.
