About the Position

We are seeking an Officer for Digital Development and Digitization to lead our digital transformation initiatives and ensure the effective use of IT products.

Responsibilities

• Organization of the work of the digital development, digital transformations, and digitization department
• Coordination of digital initiatives with the strategic goals of the command
• Implementation of IT products, ensuring their daily use and collecting feedback for their improvement
• Formation of needs for new IT products (information systems and computer programs)
• Execution of complex and high-tech tasks
• Interaction with other departments to obtain necessary information

Requirements

• Officer rank
• Education in IT, management, or related fields
• Experience in planning and organizing the application of information (automated), information and communication systems, and special computer programs (applications)
• Knowledge of digital transformation tools, digital literacy, and understanding of state digital processes
• Willingness to take responsibility for work results
• Ability to work in a team
• Desire to learn and develop

Conditions

• Mobilization until the end of martial law or service under a contract
• Monetary provision from 37,000 to 57,000 UAH depending on assigned tasks and place of service
• Provision of uniform and personal protective equipment, full meals
