About the Position

NERDZ LAB is looking for an Office Manager to join our team. If you want to be part of our team and help us improve our office, please send your resume :)

Responsibilities

• Organization of daily work and ensuring the office's operational needs
• Ordering products, supplies, and office goods
• Managing office staff and coordinating the work of contractors, including cleaners, craftsmen, etc.
• Performing personal tasks assigned by management
• Organizing meetings, team-building events, etc.
• Assisting the HR department of the company

Requirements

• Minimum 1 year of experience as an office manager in an IT company
• Excellent time management, communication, and multitasking skills
• High level of attention to detail, responsibility, and proactive problem-solving
• Ability to make independent decisions and resolve issues within the scope of the position
• Experience in organizing corporate events
• English proficiency at least at the intermediate level
