About the Position

Cloudcomputing is a member of the Allurity family.

We are looking for an Okta Engineer (Mid-Level) to join our Modern Identity team in Lisbon. We are looking for someone with hands-on Okta experience, strong troubleshooting skills, and an interest in developing their consulting expertise in a customer-facing environment.

Responsibilities

Configure and maintain Okta environments according to customer requirements
Support SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, and Lifecycle Management implementations
Troubleshoot authentication, federation, and integration issues
Support Okta integrations with applications and systems
Work directly with customers to understand and resolve IAM challenges
Create technical documentation and troubleshooting guides
Collaborate with senior consultants and technical teams on IAM projects

Requirements

2+ years of experience in IAM, with hands-on experience in Okta
Good understanding of IAM concepts, including authentication, authorization, access control, and lifecycle management
Working knowledge of SAML, OAuth, OIDC, and SCIM
Experience with Okta, particularly SSO, MFA, Universal Directory, and Lifecycle Management
Experience configuring Okta policies, access rules, and workflows
Experience integrating Okta with SaaS platforms and enterprise applications
Good technical troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
Basic knowledge of PowerShell, Python, or APIs
Good communication skills and ability to work with customers and technical teams
