Olympic Core Banking Support Analyst (m/f) - Hybrid (Lisbon)

We are currently strengthening the team of one of our clients with the following profile:

Responsibilities

• Supporting banking products (Investment Instruments, Corporate Action, Loan, Deposits, Remittance, Foreign Exchange)
• Troubleshooting AS400 and Unix systems
• Writing SQL queries and performing data analysis
• Utilizing Production support tools like ServiceNow and JIRA
• Knowledge of Olympic / Midas systems

Requirements

• Hard Skills:
  • Total 5+ years of overall IT experience
  • Total 2+ years of experience in supporting banking products
  • Good knowledge on general ledger and general accounting schemes of financial products
  • At least 1 to 2 years of experience as first & second-line (L1 and L2 support)
  • Strong knowledge on SQL queries, data analysis
  • Olympic / Midas knowledge
  • English - Expert
